Alpiq publishes 2011 annual report

On 5 April 2012, Alpiq Holding Ltd. publishes its 2011 annual report. From 07:00, the latest facts, figures and reports about the company can be downloaded from www.alpiq.com or ordered from infomail@alpiqweb.com.

The Ordinary General Meeting of Alpiq Holding Ltd. will be held in Lausanne in three weeks' time, on 26 April 2012. The agenda includes motions to approve the consolidated annual financial statements, the appropriation of retained earnings and the election of four new members to the Board of Directors.
