Chivasso thermal power station

Originally built in 1953, the Chivasso power station was renovated from the ground up in 2004. The modern cogeneration power station is situated between the left bank of the River Po and the junction with the Cavour canal. The facility consists of two modules, each with a gas and steam turbine fuelled by natural gas.
